Using an iPhone

  1. Start by downloading the ShuttleControl Driver App from the App Store:

2. Login using one of the following methods:

  • Select Login, enter your email and password, toggle "Remember me" and "I agree to the Terms of Service", then tap Login:

  • An easier way to log in is by scanning the QR code provided by an admin. Just select Login with QR code, allow access to the device's camera and scan the card:

3. Once you've logged in, enable your location and notifications settings.

  • When you log in for the first time, you will be presented with a series of settings. Select Allow While Using App to the location setting pop-up.

  • Another location settings pop-up will appear, select Change to Always Allow. This will enable other members of your team and your clients to track your location in real-time.

  • Select Allow notifications to receive alerts about trip requests:

  • Select OK to this setting to increase your device's battery efficiency during your workday:

  • You can also change these settings through your device's settings by selecting the ShuttleControl Driver App:

  • Click on Location and then select Always and make sure you enable Precise Location:

  • Select Notifications and enable Allow Notifications:

Using an Android

  • Select Login, enter your email and password, toggle "Remember me" and "I agree to the Terms of Service", then tap Login.

  • Or, log in by scanning the QR code provided by an admin. Select Login with QR code, allow access to the device's camera and scan the card.

3. Once you've logged in, enable your location and notifications settings.

  • When you log in for the first time, you will be presented with a series of settings. Select OK to allow Background Location Access to enable other members of your team and your clients to track your location in real-time:

  • Select Allow:

  • You can also change these settings through your device's settings by selecting the ShuttleControl Driver App. Click on Notifications and select Allow:

  • Click on Permissions and enable Camera and Location settings:
