Hey there, if you're new to ShuttleControl, and you don't understand why you can't track your shuttle, try the following options:
Are you using data?
To check if you are using data, turn off wifi on your phone, and then try to search something on the internet. If your internet doesn't seem to work, you may need to check and make sure that it was configured properly.
Is your location activated?
When you install ShuttleControl, it will ask you for your permission to use your location.
On iPhone, you must click "Always Allow".
On Android, just click "Allow".
